The booking is confirmed when we agree on the date, time and package and you pay a 30% deposit. You pay the other 70% by the end of the photoshoot.
Cancellation
Free within 24 hours after the deposit, if the preparation has not started yet. After that the deposit is not refunded.
Rescheduling
The first reasonable rescheduling is free. Tell me at least 24 hours before the shoot, unless it is an emergency. The deposit moves to the new date.
Late arrival and no-show
If you are late, the shoot is shorter and the price stays the same. If you do not come within 30 minutes and do not contact me, it is a no-show, and the deposit is not refunded.
Editing
Delicate and natural: colour and light correction, cropping and basic portrait retouching (pimples, redness, bruises, gentle teeth whitening). Advanced retouching is an extra service.
Selection and delivery
You get a link to the preview gallery within 72 hours after the shoot and choose your photos within 30 days; after that I choose them. The edited photos are ready 10-15 business days after you confirm the selection, in every package. You get high-resolution JPEG files through an online gallery.
Extra photos
One extra edited photo costs 300Kč. You pay for it before delivery, and it has its own delivery time.
Download
The online gallery with the edited photos and all unedited JPEG files is available for download for 2-3 months. Please download your photos in time.
Privacy
Every shoot is private. I publish photos in my portfolio only with your permission.
Copyright
The copyright stays with the photographer. You get a non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use.
Travel
No travel fee in Prague. Outside Prague (Czech Republic, Germany, Austria) the travel fee is 12Kč per km.
